How to animate an underwater scene

Underwater scenes require soft, flowing animations. Animate the movement of water and objects floating with subtle back-and-forth motions. Add buoyancy to floating objects, making them rise and fall slowly. The character’s movement should be fluid, with exaggerated stretches as they move. Use light rays filtering through water, creating patterns on the surface, and adjust transparency for realism.
