How to add secondary motion in animation

Secondary motion refers to smaller movements that accompany the primary action, such as a character’s hair or clothing reacting to their movements. To animate secondary motion, first define the main action and then add smaller in-between frames to simulate the extra movements. Focus on making these motions follow the natural rhythm of the primary action. Add realistic delays to secondary movements, as they don’t occur simultaneously with the main motion.
